Hip Release & Mobility
Don't miss this class. We have a hip mobility focus PLUS plenty of planks. If you have a soft ball and a massage ball it is a great compliment to this class.

This class has a focus on back-body strengthening. A resistance band is perfect for the class.

Neck Stability & Side Lying Balance
I highly recommend using a soft stability ball (you can purchase from Balance Me) or substitute with a cushion if needed.
