  • Restorative Mat Flow

    A restorative class using only your body. Hip mobility will be challenged with our side-lying flow.

  • Fold, Twist & Extend

    A classic mat class that moves you in all different directions. Allow your breath to help move your spine.

  • Strengthen & Release

    A rib-cage & pelvic focus. We strengthen & release to have a challenging yet restorative class.

  • Love your Mat

    We begin in standing and end the same way so we can feel the difference. Full body work that includes balance & rolling.

  • Thoracic Breathing Class

    Get a deeper understanding of the traditional Pilates Breathing while we do our abdominal focused exercises. Props: wheat-bag or packet of rice, soft ball or cushion.

  • Happy Hips

    We stretch & strengthen our hip muscles! Getting more mobility in our hips can greatly reduce stiffness in our lower-back and shoulders.

  • Beginner Pilates: Lesson 2

    We add in a few extra challenges and positions while revising our Pilates Principles from Lesson 1.

  • Beginner Pilates: Lesson 3

    We progress on from Lesson 2, adding new exercises to our flow.

  • Beginner Pilates: Lesson 4

    We bring it all together for our final workshop class. You'll move through the exercises with flow.
