  • Fundamental Flow

    A soft cushion is a great substitute for a stability ball.

  • Strong Shoulders

    It's upper body to begin! Flex-bands, loop bands PLUS your reflex ball is the perfect combo for this full body workout.

  • Ball Balance!

    Balance Challenge! Soft Balls create an unstable platform so we can challenge our core stability. We stand, sit & roll using our large stability balls!

  • Sliding Doors

    A focused class connecting your ribs & your pelvis - all 'doors' will be opening and closing to get a deeper understanding of our core connections. A soft ball and a flex-band will help you find these connections.

  • Hello Feet!

    Wake up the feet with a foot focused mat class. You'll need your massage ball (or tennis ball) plus your resistance band.

  • Locate the Hip Joints

    Movement in our hip sockets never felt so good. Once you locate your ball & socket joint you can better understand the movements. Adding a light hand-weight can increase the challenge.

  • Push & Pull

    Pushing and Pulling can activate our chest & back of the shoulders.
    A soft ball is perfect for this class.

  • Flex-bands: Upper/Lower Body Resistance

  • Hand Weights: 0.5kg - 1kg

    We begin with upper body strengthening before bringing our weights to the floor. It's surprising how heavy light weights feel after a few reps!

  • Upper & Lower

    We start by firing up the legs & hips and progress to the upper body later in the class. Light weights & a flex band are perfect for this class plus a chair for balance.

  • Hip Strengthening & Mobility

    We use our flex-bands to add resistance while we strengthen the hips & stretch the body.

  • Double Trouble

    Mat Pilates PLUS double massage ball release! Your Feet & Hips will love you! Two tennis balls will also do the trick.

  • Push & Pull

    Connect your chest & your shoulder blades connection while we push & pull using our soft ball and flex-band,

  • Shoulder Blade Booster

    There's nothing more important than having good range of movement around your joints. Our resistance bands support the joints as we strengthen.

  • Soft Support

    Wake up the back of the legs by adding instability! Followed by soft ball support while we work the entire body.

  • Balance Me Fully

    A class full of changing positions to target all areas of the body. Adding your soft ball gives you the feedback needed for a mindful workout.

  • Pilates PLUS Release

    A great class to strengthen the body and release it at the same time. A reflex ball is perfect for this class, or a tennis ball will do the trick.

  • Rotation PLUS Massage

    Classic Pilates Mat work with the bonus of myofascial release - you'll need your reflex ball and massage ball for this class.
