If you're new to Pilates, start right here! Complete Level 1 then move ton to Lessons 2, 3 & 4. You'll then be ready to complete any of the classes in the library with confidence.

Beginner Pilates: Lesson 1
Starting at the very beginning will set up your Pilates practise knowing the basic principles and exercises. I encourage you to work through the four Beginner Lessons if you're new to Pilates.

Beginner Pilates: Lesson 2
We add in a few extra challenges and positions while revising our Pilates Principles from Lesson 1.

Beginner Pilates: Lesson 3
We progress on from Lesson 2, adding new exercises to our flow.

Beginner Pilates: Lesson 4
We bring it all together for our final workshop class. You'll move through the exercises with flow.
